All Members AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. HOLD HARMLESS
   The Wyoming Antelope Club,  its officers and/or employees are not responsible and shall not be liable for any loss, injury, death or damage to persons or property which at any time may be suffered or sustained by visitors, guests or invitees,  or any person who may be at any time using or occupying or visiting the Club or be in,  on or about the same,  whether such loss, injury, death or damage shall be caused by or in any way result from or arise out of any act, omission or negligence of the guest,  visitor or user of any portion of the premises or shall result from or be caused by any other matter or thing.
2. LAW ABIDING STATEMENT
   I certify that I am a person of good repute; that according to Florida Law it is legal for me to own or possess a firearm; and that if admitted to membership, I will fulfill the obligations of good sportsmanship and good citizenship.
3. RANGE RULES
   I AGREE to follow all POSTED range Rules as well as all instructions by Range Officers while participating on any Public Line.
4. ELECTRONIC MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS
   All members agree to receiving Board Meeting Notices, Member Newsletters, and Important Club News via electronic distribution, primarily via their Email account. It is incumbent on the member to check and update their account on this website as required to maintain open communication channels between the Board of Directors and the General Membership.
5. DATA COLLECTED to MANAGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
   At checkout, we will collect your name, email address, username, and password. This information is used to setup your account for our site. If you are redirected to an offsite payment gateway to complete your payment, we may store this information in a temporary session variable to setup your account when you return to our site. At checkout, we may also collect your billing address and phone number. This information is used to confirm your credit card. The billing address and phone number are saved by our site to pre-populate the checkout form for future purchases and so we can get in touch with you if needed to discuss your order. At checkout, we may also collect your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. This information is passed through to our payment gateway to process your purchase. The last 4 digits of your credit card number and the expiration date are saved by our site using an encrypted, Secure Socket Layer (SSL), to use for reference and to send you an email if your credit card will expire before the next recurring payment.When logged in, we use cookies to track some of your activity on our site including logins, visits, and page views.
